VISION: Taking the law to the people

MAIN CHALLENGES: Human rights violations, gender-based violence, poverty, unemployment, HiV/Aids.

MAIN ACTIVITIES: Paralegal services, human rights education, psychosocial support, gender-based violence prevention, labour disputes, migrant and refugee rights, socio-economic rights, health rights, children’s rights, farm workers’ rights, food security, and sexual and reproductive health rights.

PROGRAMMES:

  • Access to Justice Program – Free paralegal services, legal literacy, and community legal support.
  • Human Rights Education and Awareness Program – Workshops on GBV, migrant and refugee rights, and socio-economic rights.
  • Health and Wellness Program – Awareness on HIV/TB, reproductive rights, and reducing stigma and discrimination.
  • Community Empowerment Program – Support for farm workers, children’s rights, and food security initiatives.

Psycho-Social Support Program – Support services for vulnerable and key population groups.
